Heraeus offers a wide range of products for the electronics, sensor and semiconductor industry:
• Platinum and ruthenium targets for the manufacturing of magnetic data storages
• Contact materials and bonding wires for semiconductor applications
• Silver and gold targets for large area coating
• Platinum and rhodium sensors for temperature measurement
Spent products and production residues can be subsequently refined at Heraeus in a long established procedure. The recovered precious metals will be used for manufacturing of new products.
